Xavier Rees (CEO at Havas London & Havas Helia) talks about the internal agency anti-discrimination initiative Press Pause, created by Havas London and Creative Equals. The initiative is a set of guidelines, created to empower people to speak out when they find themselves in an uncomfortable or problematic situations.

The open source Press Pause policy has been in use by Havas London since January 2019 and is now published on the Creative Equals website to allow other organisations to adopt it.

The interview was conducted by Antoinette de Lisser (Head of New Business at The Progress Film Company).
