Josefina Casellas is a Creative Director with more than 18 years in advertising. For the last two years, she has led the Digital Advertising and Creative Production department R/GA Buenos Aires, leading a multidisciplinary team that combines the areas of Tech, Visual and Production. There she works creating value and accompanying local and network clients, such as Nike, Google, Samsung US, Slack, Ally, Johnson & Johnson, among others.
Originally a Graphic Designer, she began her career at Ogilvy, working for clients such as Santander Río and Motorola. She also worked in La Comunidad, to later join BBDO, where she spent 9 years, being Creative Director and starting the digital department (in her charge for 3 years), working for brands such as Nike, Pepsico, Aerolineas Argentinas, among others.
A specialist in leading teams both in person and remotely, throughout her career Josefina took part in different types of projects from different positions, which gives her a macro vision and holistic knowledge.
