Dom Thomas has over 20 years experience in the advertising industry. He began his career at Academy Films where as EP he produced for Seb Edwards, Martin de Thurah and Kim Gehrig.
As Co-Founder of Object & Animal the group goal is to shape culture through high-impact, exceptionally crafted content for global audiences.
Founded in 2018 with offices in US and Europe, O&A seek to balance culture and storytelling from a wealth of creative talent from diverse backgrounds (including musician/creative polymath FKA twigs, photographer/director India Sleem and creative/director Andrew Thomas Huang).
Within 2 years O&A went from AdAge Production Company to Watch to their A-List Top 10, was the most awarded company at the UKMVAs including Production Company of the Year, and have received 2 Grammy Nominations and countless other awards.
Since launch Dom has overseen campaigns for Adidas, Beats, Nike, Stella Artois and Meta, as well as videos for Radiohead, Rosalia, The Rolling Stones and Madonna.
O&A have just completed their first feature film – a documentary about prison reform in the US by director Natalie Rae.
