Henry Medina has had an outstanding career in the advertising industry, standing out for his strategy and creativity, building brands like Coca-Cola, Mercedes Benz, Mastercard, Pepsi, Nestlé, Volkswagen, Unilever, AB-InBev, Bellsouth, Citibank, Sony, Toyota, Microsoft, Audi, Jeep, Burger King, among others.
He is the first and only Bolivian creative who created campaigns for Coca-Cola and Sony that were released throughout the whole region, including the Hispanic market of the US and some Asian countries.
His contribution to position Bolivia in the creativity world map has turned him into the most awarded creative of his country. He has won the first-ever prizes for Bolivia in festivals like London International Advertising Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamérica (first Gold and first Grand Prix), The One Show, Cannes Lions and D&AD.
He lead the process that took Ogilvy Bolivia to become one of three most innovative agencies in the region, the most effectively awarded agencies and one of three most outstanding Ibero-American Ogilvy agencies at Cannes Lions 2020 and 2021.
Medina has been the first and only Bolivian juror in five consecutive editions of New York Festivals, eight-time juror at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, six-time at The Effie Awards Latam and one time at the Global Effies. In 2023, he was an On-Site Juror at Cannes in the Sustainable Development Goals category.
He has also been invited to speak at international events in Peru, Honduras, Mexico, United States and China, and has been named by AdWeek as one of the 22 Best Latin American Creative Directors in their Hispanic Heritage project. He was named a LIAisons Coach in 2023.
