A creative business lead with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, Raphaella Martins Antonio began her career inside global ad agencies coordinating global and local brands. In 2017, she was one of the minds behind 20/20, the first racial equity program in Brazil’s communication industry. She was recognized by Women to Watch 2021 that celebrates women who create opportunities and drive transformation within the industry. She was nominated as one of 100 Most Influential Black Personalities in Lusophony globally and she currently works at Creative X setting the creative vision Meta brand and all Meta’s portfolio internationally.
