Ariel Serkin is Founder Partner of Isla República, the agency recently named International Agency of the Year 2026 by Ad Age A-List.
Throughout his career, he has developed creative work for both global and regional brands, earning recognition at the industry’s most prestigious international festivals. His track record includes more than 40 Cannes Lions, as well as awards from Clio Entertainment Awards, The One Show, Art Directors Club and D&AD, along with multiple Grand Prix at Spikes Asia, El Sol and Wave Festival. At a regional level, he has also received five Grand Prix from the Círculo de Creatividad Argentina.
In recent years, Isla has been recognized as Independent Agency of the Year and Independent Network of the Year at Effie Latam 2024, and Agency of the Year at Effie Mexico 2024. The agency also ranked in the Global Effie Index, with Isla Mexico at #2 and Isla Buenos Aires at #3.
Serkin has served as a jury member at some of the most relevant global industry festivals, including The One Show.
