Heitor Caetano is a multiplatform creative and Executive Creative Director at Gana, a Brazilian agency composed entirely of Black professionals. They are also co-president of the Clube de Criação, the country’s leading creative institution.
For over a decade, they have worked across creative agencies and as a Creative and Diversity Director in audiovisual projects, shaping representative narratives for entertainment and branded content.
In 2022, in recognition of their creative work and commitment to inclusion, they were named Creative Ambassador of CC:DC, representing Latin America at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. In 2025, they created DESCOBERTO, a music and visual project exploring their lived experience as a Black and queer person.
