Nicolás Perez Veiga (DGA) is a director and producer, founder of the production company Primo Content.

Nicolás is one of the most acclaimed commercial directors in the world. His works for brands like NikeVW, CoronaRenault, AudiDelta AirlinesSprite and Netflix, have won almost every award in the advertising industry. Among these, he has 15 Cannes Lions, and many others at CICLOPE, D&AD and CLIO.

In 2013, the prestigious Gunn Report named Nicolás as the 3rd Most Awarded Director in the World and Primo as the 4th Most Awarded Production Company. That same year, Nicolás was part of the Film Craft Jury at Cannes Festival.

In 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, Nicolás was named as Director of the Year by the Circulo de Creatividad Argentino, thanks to his extensive work as an international director. He got the same recognition at El Ojo de Iberoamérica in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2017 and 2020.

In 2017, he directed his first TV series titled Ahi Afuera, which he also created, executive produced and wrote. The series, produced by IconoclastCanal+ and Primo, was nominated for Best Short-Form Series at the Emmy International Awards 2017.

In 2022, he created, executive produced, wrote and directed the series Ringo for Hulu. The show follows the story of the heavy-weight champ Oscar “Ringo” Bonavena, from his beginnings in Argentina, to his memorable fights with Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali, ending with his tragic death in Reno, Nevada in 1976. The series is available to watch at  Disney+Hulu and Star+.
