Refund & Revocation Policy

• Passes to CICLOPE Latino are not refundable, under any circumstances.
• In the unlikely event that CICLOPE Latino 2026 must be postponed, your pass/es will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
• The cancellation of one or many program sessions will not allow participant to request compensation or refund of any kind.
• Unused passes have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
• CICLOPE Festival will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration or application process.
• Lost or stolen credentials will not be replaced. If credentials are lost or stolen, new credentials will need to be purchased at the full price in effect at that time for a participant’s continued access to the event.
• Use of credentials by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the credentials without a refund.
• By entering the event location, the visitor agrees to the free use of her/his name, image and voice for photographs, live broadcasts, broadcasts and / or recordings of images and / or sound, which are created by the organizer in the context of the event, as well as their subsequent use in all current and future CICLOPE communications.

Credentials Transfer Policy

• CICLOPE Latino passes are issued to, can be picked up by, and used by only the participant named in the registration.
• Up to five (5) days prior to the start date of the physical Event, CICLOPE Festival will accept a request to transfer passes by changing the participant name for a processing fee of US$ 50 per pass transferred.
