Juliana Martellotta is Partner and CEO at Boiler Hub, a group of production companies with a strong focus on craft and the curation of exceptional talent. Boiler Hub brings together Boiler Filmes, Ilusionistas, Crème Company, Balma Filmes, People, Cara de Conteúdo, Stratostorm and Boiler Entretenimiento. The group ensures a smooth production process and the delivery of high-quality projects, while internally offering tailored career planning for each director and a careful selection of scripts that align with their strengths and creative vision.

Juliana is also a Partner and Executive Producer at Boiler Filmes. She has been in the market for 20 years and since 2013 has focused on prospecting, planning and developing strategies for audiovisual production companies and directors. Juliana has been with Boiler Filmes since 2022 and has helped restructure the operation and the team of directors. In 2023, Boiler won the title of Production Company of the Year at Caboré Awards, the main awards event in the Brazilian communications industry. Recently, two projects produced by Juliana have traveled around the globe winning prizes at various festivals.

Carl Sagan’s Message received awards at The One Show, CICLOPE, CICLOPE Latino, Clio Awards, Shots Awards, NYF Advertising Awards and at D&AD Awards with Yellow Pencil. This project was also shortlisted in the Film Craft category at the Cannes Lions Festival. The second project, VW Generations, won awards at Professionals of the Year and D&AD (Yellow Pencil), as well as five Lions at Cannes Lions 2024.
