Giancarlo Rodas is an Executive Creative Director based in New York City. He has led teams of exceptional creatives in producing groundbreaking work for global brands such as Xbox, Google, Meta, Accenture, and Molson Coors. With more than 15 years of experience spanning Lima, Dubai, Los Angeles, and New York, his creative practice bridges markets, cultures, and disciplines.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with world-class talent, earning recognition as one of the world’s top 10 creative directors by D&AD and The One Show (2022), The Drum Global Rankings (2023), and, in 2024, as part of the team behind Droga5’s first-ever Emmy win.
While proud of his accomplishments to date, he is most energized by what lies ahead: the opportunity to continue shaping culture through work that resonates with people and defines brands.
