Alonso Sperb began his career in the creative industry at the now-defunct MTV, where he was exposed to the new audiovisual language the channel brought to its communication. He later spent several years in advertising agencies as an account executive, gaining a strong understanding of the creative-business relationship.
In 2008, he transitioned into production companies, where he has worked as an executive producer, producing memorable campaigns for brands such as WhatsApp, Nike, Volkswagen, Natura, Budweiser, Facebook, Heineken, and Coca-Cola. His work has been recognized at major international festivals, including Cannes Lions, CICLOPE, D&AD, Clio, and El Ojo.
He is currently the Managing Director of Stink São Paulo, where he aims to bridge creative vision and executive leadership.
