about the jury

Lautaro Brunatti is a multidisciplinary creative executive and entrepreneur. He is currently Managing Partner at 1stAveMachine Buenos Aires and 1stAveDesign. With a background spanning industrial engineering, film, literature, and an MBA, his professional career sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business. 

At 1stAveBA, he leads a creative hub specializing in animation and mixed media, working with global brands such as Meta, Google, Gatorade, and Oreo on projects that combine storytelling, craft, and innovation. His role focuses on strategic leadership, talent development, and the expansion of the studio within the global creative ecosystem. 

At 1stAveDesign, he supports the agency’s growth and its focus on branding, art direction, design, and communication strategy, developing visual systems and brand experiences for mid-sized and large global companies. 

Prior to his current role, he was Executive Producer and Partner at the animation studio GAZZ, and Executive Director and Partner at the production company TRONCO, experiences that consolidated a broad, cross-disciplinary perspective on the industry. 

Lautaro believes in collaboration as a creative engine and in building ecosystems where different disciplines strengthen each other. From this perspective, he continues to explore new ways of producing, storytelling, and generating cultural impact.
