Tico Fernandes is the Creative Director at KondZilla, where he also leads the company’s editorial content strategy and branded content.

He began his journey documenting artists on tour and went on to direct iconic music videos for KondZilla, helping build Latin America’s largest music channel with over 68 million subscribers and 38 billion views.

At the intersection of storytelling, culture, and innovation, Tico has developed original TV shows for platforms like Paramount+, YouTube Originals, Instagram, Facebook and Globoplay. His creative leadership also extends to long-term campaigns for major brands.

Tico’s work has been recognized with two Latin Grammy nominations, an International Emmy nomination, five Cannes Lions wins, and the Caboré Award: Brazil’s most prestigious recognition in advertising, in the Best Production Company category.

Currently, Tico is deeply exploring the use of AI within urban culture, developing new creative formats and workflows. He is also an OpenAI / ChatGPT creator and has a 100% AI-generated film selected as a finalist at the AI Creative Festival.
