about the jury

Celeste Dalairac was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she began her career, first as a copywriter and later as an art director.

She has worked in the biggest, most renowned agencies in Buenos Aires, such as SavaglioKepel&MataDel Campo Saatchi & SaatchiDon and Ogilvy.

In 2014, she was one of the first 11 women to be chosen for See It Be It, a Cannes Lions initiative that aims to further women in the creative industry.

In 2015 she moved to London to work at Saatchi & Saatchi as a Regional Creative Director for Europe. During her stay in London, she also worked at Santo (JWT’s sister agency) and Grey where she was promoted to Executive Creative Director within 3 months.

She has worked for some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Coca-Cola, GSK, UnileverP&G, Avon and Vodafone, and has won multiple awards for her projects at Cannes LionsD&AD, Creative CircleCLIOOne Show and FIAP.

In 2022 she decided to come back to Argentina to be closer to family, and accepted a job at Isla, a hotshop with offices in Buenos Aires, São Paulo and Mexico DF, where she works as a Group Creative Director, along with her husband and creative partner, Julian.
